Ordering Answers

  • Do you offer long term box rental?

We are more than happy to let you use our boxes for any period of time. For rentals longer than 4 weeks please contact us for special long term pricing. A great idea for people getting ready for renovations, who want to keep there possessions safe and sound.

  • How is payment arranged?

We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Paypal, Cheque & Cash. All payments are taken prior to delivery to ensure a smooth drop off.

  • Will I receive a confirmation call from whistlerboxes.com?

Once we have received your order we will follow up with a call to review your order, shipment and pickup dates.

  • What happens if I need whistlerboxes.com boxes longer than I had booked for?

Give us a call and we will arrange an extension. Additional charges may apply.

  • Can I change my dates?

Things happen, we understand that. We can make adjustments on dates up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Sometimes we might be fully booked on the new dates and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

  • Does the delivery fee cover both delivery and pickup?

Yes it does!

  • Is whistlerboxes.com a moving company?

We prefer to help out with getting you ready to move, not actually move your positions. There are various companies in the corridor that can help you move your boxes, contact us and we would be happy to point you in the right direction.

  • How big are the boxes?

The boxes dimensions are: 25.3″ x 15.5″ x 11.5″ for 2.4 cubic feet of space per box.
